Can i promote this verticals on facebook?
if yes can you give me a name that do it well on facebook.

The vertical you're referring to is pure blackhat, be aware that FB is hunting on accounts running these type of ads/offers. I am not running offers in this vertical so I can't advise you on the best offer to run, however I can recommend checking out F5 Media as they have excellent offers that you can test. They also provide great tutorials for affiliates who are in need of some guidance.
