Ive just redesigned and customized my directory even more, what do you think of the redesign ?

Any one out there a php expert ?

If you look at my Directory in Firefox it looks fine but in IE there is an issue under the navigation bar, ive been looking at code all day and think im missing something simple can anyone give any suggestions ?
