Start with Keywords or Scrape Url Targets?

I am fairly new with PPV. I have set up my campaigns in Voluum, two landing pages ready to go, and am ready to start.

I am a little confused as to what method to start with. Should I start by using keywords (exact match) or from member's experience is it best to start with scraping urls as "targets" better?

I would recommend start off by using keywords and once you have data on which targets are performing then use urls.

I agree with lrs1995. You can also use a scraper to try to find target URLs which could help cut back some of your initial testing spend. Most of the time though, I'll use keywords and then target the performing URLs specifically.
