I tried them last month promoting desktop and mobile offers. Spent $300 and not a single conversion. Their approval process for creatives is lengthy and very complicated which eventually made me decide to leave. They have a nice interface though.

hello, I have been using Sitescout for skin offers, the approval process for ads take time but if we create a single group and load ads, then we can assign it to exist or new campaign immediately without getting into the review.

their traffic is huge as per their inventory but since i have also not got any sale yet, I can't let you know their quality.
