Ready to Rock!

Hi all,

After spending a few months reading but doing nothing, I have finally begun to move!

Initially, I was intimidated by the fact that my area of interest was so saturated (Health and Fitness) so I didn't even try. After reading through countless forums, I finally figured out that the only sure fire way to lose was to do nothing. So, after reading countless free ebooks and websites, I feel like I have enough information to begin.

I'll be checking in here for support, advice and motivation so I thought I'd introduce myself properly!
