Quick question about ClickDealer/CPV Lab

I'm trying to add ClickDealer to my affiliate networks on CPV Lab - how do I find out what the SubId Separator and Revenue parameters are?

Thanks!

Here they are to make it easy for you, Screenshot by Lightshot and Screenshot by Lightshot

but if you want to find these tokens for any network which uses cake (most use). Just click on any offer and go to testing and tracking tab, there on that page you can see all the tokens network supports.

Thank you!
So the revenue parameter is clearly payout. But for the SubId parameter I have a choice between 'z' and '_'. From the screenshots, how do I infer which to use? I'm assuming '_'...

Well not sure where you saw "_" but for SUB ID 1 you need to use #s1#, for SUB ID 2 use #s2# and so on...

My offer link was provided to me by ClickDealer in the form: The best coupon codes, daily deals and more
I entered this into the offer URL box on the CPV Lab new campaign page.
I then pasted the following into the Pixel HTML box on ClickDealer: <img src="http://myserver.com/adclick.php" width="1" height="1" border="0" />

I've had 10 clicks and a few 1000 impressions on my campaign but CPV lab remains unchanged.
I can't tell what the problem is, do I need to change the offer URL to reflect the ClickDealer token? e.g. http://offer.com/?3439gh8?#s1#=

And if so, do I also need to change this on my traffic source e.g. should my traffic source direct prospects to http://offer.com/?3439gh8?#s1#= instead of The best coupon codes, daily deals and more ???

Your help is much appreciated as I've pretty much spent all day on this. :(
