Questions about routines etc

Great to be able to ask you some questions about how you work!

1. Do you have fixed daily routines? What are they?
2. Can you do a "a-day-in-the-life-of-attila" for us?
3. What is it like managing such a big team? Do you do meetings all the time?
4. What do you think is the number one thing stopping your employees from striking out on their own?

1. i am not a person who believes in routines, but my team follow a routine and daily quotas and objectives.
2. sure i can do one on my blog in the near future
3. meetings are big deal in the corporate world, for me they are a major waste of time - for every unit which is made up of a team of 3-4 people i have a project manager, and i only talk to them and they assigned work to the team and keep me up to date basically.
4. lack of money - you have to lose a lot to make it, if they'd jack 1 campaign, and it'd die due to one of the millions of potential threats an affiliate marketer has to live with then they'd be toast. i had it happen but they didn't last long and ended up getting a job again after a while. not everyone's born an entrepreneur.
