I heard from a friend some networks do that.
One is affiliategateway which have a exclusive forum for their members and they give some sort of secret guide there.

Yes, they do, but only if u r a very, very, very, very good friend of the AM
or if u r one of the best horses in the stable
(or the best eagle in the air - that's what I want to achieve )
