Publish Problem with my page on JVzoo

Totally newbie to this , have a problem im trying to publish my own product in Jvzoo on, my product is digital add on for Autocad. JVzoo reject was sen to me :

Delivery File: N/A

I don't get what's wrong with the link i provided. The link direct the user to the product page. From there he add to basket and pay via PayPal. No registration required. User fill email and other details to recieve a unique serial key to activate the plug-in via autocad session.

Please tell me what i need to do.

What is the download page?
and what is the delivery file??

I do think that the download page is the page where the service you are offering should be accessed. On the other hand, the delivery files is that soft copy file which when someone makes purchase, they will be able to download it. Just be sure to go through the documentation of setting up a service or product on jvzoo.
