Propel Media Account Buy

Hello everyone , this is probably a long shot but does anyone have a propel media account that they are not using anymore and would like to sell ?

You cannot sell something that you don't own >internet accounts. May work tho but if the name differs from the current payment account, without good explanation or prior permission and agreement; they can just close the account (for any reason); usually says so in the terms ...
