I dont think there are available PPV with minimum deposit of $50. If it existing maybe the traffic is not good.

However, i also would like to give it a try if exist.

Don't try a new ad platform, let alone traffic method, with a $50 budget.

If you wish to proceed anyway, I think Clicksor takes a $50 min deposit.

If I remember correctly, Mediatraffic deposit is $100. I'd suggest to start from there. If you decided to stop CPA, you can always get a refund of the deposit so no worries at all. $50 is difficult to get you started if you are serious into CPA. You need to put in some investment. If you treat it like a hobby, you will get "hobby results" :) Just my 2-cents.

By the way, if you are keen to try Mediatraffic, one pain point I face is that it doesn't allow dayparting unlike LeadImpact and 50onRED. This is really a pain for me especially for affiliates living outside US and running US offers in a different timezone. You have to literally stop and start the campaigns start and end of day.

$50 is some how too small of a budget, i suggest you to start out with some free method to gather some cash first
