PopCash & Adcash setup in Voluum

I need your help, do you know how I might set up Popcash and Adcash (self serve) on Voluum?

Hi.
For Adcash, the token is [zone] which gets you the id of the publisher sending you traffic.
For PopCash they have:
%siteid%
%cc%
%category%
%operatingsystem%

Cc is country if I remember correctly. The rest are pretty self explanatory.
