I have seen the several place that when I upload my video on YouTube I have to submit my URL some auto ping sites. Does it really impact to boost up my video on YouTube

Like they said pinging will get it indexed. First you should be doing keyword research. See the vids on the first page. Youtube's algorithm is more complex but you can use backlinks and social signals to boost.

"Ping" cant bring your video on the first pages, as everyone else mentioned. First and foremost important thing is the quality.... If you have prepared something really interested then, take it to the social media and that's all. and never invest in FAKE views
