I am launching a new digital business in this year. My target will generate over 5K profit per month. I prefer PayPal as a payment method. So what do you think which option will be suitable for that? Should I move to the business account or not?

If it is for business use then you have to go for the business account to enjoy other options that are not available for personal acct.

By all means, go for Business Account. It helps a lot when you develop your business further
Business account or Premier are same.
Paypal told to me, they are different on payment page when your customer goes through.
For business you can choose individual for non license required.
