What Pay-Per-Call Marketing methods can be used to generate phone leads?

Ppv traffic is desktop, consumers can't click the pop up to call from their desktop... Or am i missing something?

If you want to do pay per call long term, you must have search traffic. You might be able to last a little while without, but eventually you could get booted from an offer due to issues with quality. If you generate you calls from AdWords you will rarely have that problem.
