I've seen people using FREELANCERS and FIVERR for dropping their flyerrs !

I doubt you get much quality with FIVERR but i like the idea of maybe using freelancer or oDesk to outsource this.

3~ months ago i was using CL and any other advertising boards to outsource my offline work. But i was really disappointed

From 40 workers i found just 5 workers who are doing job perfectly. So i fired all others and signed contract with them with monthly fixed-salary ( under conditions ).

Now all 5 workers distribute 3k leaflets/postcards etc every day , and i'm pretty happy with outsourced work.

So if you want my advice, outsource is working, really. But it's very hard in start, to explain all shit and etc. for that reason i hired VA from odesk.

Yes, both outsourcing sites are good for the task you mentioned above. Fiverr offers quite a really low price for services.

Couldn't a unique tracking link be created for each person outsourced to pass around flyers to make tracking easier and compensate each outsourced person accordingly?

I have found some success with Fiverr, many users offer to post flyers around colleges.
