very first just get one Domain something which is OK with your campaign.
Redirect this domain with your tracking link,
Go to Local news paper or local cable TV advertisement or FM radio,
Design some pump-lets and posters get them printed. distribute them among the public and look dollars coming in to your CPA account.
I made some thousands for this trick, Unfortunately it did not worked much because of very few offers for India.
But you guys can do it for your campaigns.....
