How do you pick offers ? What you look into them ?

Example you know you want to give a shot to dating offers. What do you check first to determine if that offer is worth to try ?
Or you just pick one after another and test them for a while ?

Ask to your AM about offer performance before start it.

I am personally recommending my affiliates to choose several offers (for their niche) which has a decent looking landing page. Forms shouldn't be too long and the LP must be user friendly.

Once they have about 3-4 offers they ask me about the performance of the offers. After that they need to wipe out the bad performers and start split testing the remaining.

This way they seem to be finding a winner quite easily.

It depends on your traffic - you should match GEO and demographic of your visitors with offer. Ask yourself - if you are visitor, what would you click, where would you sign up and what are the benefits. Also, ask your AM about best converting offers in your niche. However, something what's not working for others, may work for you - so, as you mentioned, you should start with split testing featured offers.
