New Landing Pages (Feedback PLEASE!)

Hi Folks,

May I request some serious feedback on the following two Landing Pages for this new site? Which one do you prefer? What is missing?

In terms of preference, definitely the first, it has a much better use of space and immediate access to important elements, i.e. info, video and web form. Not sure how it all translates on a smartphone or tablet though. I think the subscribe form at the bottom looks like you have just settled for whatever the platform you are using has allowed. Also, don’t feel you need to have the disclaimer twice. Hope this helps.
