New adcenter account

Has anyone had success opening a new or second adcenter account? Mine was banned and no reason was given and I still have yet to find out why. I really need one and am thinking of trying to open a new account.

What should I do when trying to. Change IP, address, name, email..?

I'd change your IP, name, CC, email and then run a dummy campaign for 1 day. IE, non-profit.. one keyword.. .05cpc. Works for me every time.
