1) Try adding some headings and change the background as well
2) The call to action is really simple. Try changing to something more appealing.
3) Not valid html/css code (The W3C Markup Validation Service - valid code helps you alot.

That is quick three suggestions. But I'm pretty sure you will get more.

The link seems to be broken. Honestly, the only way to check the effectiveness of a landing page is by testing it LIVE with traffic. Sometimes, seemingly crappy landers convert.
