Need help in setting up Email/zip submit offer

Hello,

Newbie here, i just purchased a dui geographic domain, i got approved for a cpa offer.

I thought i will get banners or link code to add on my site, but i get got a email link. i am not sure how to use it where to set it up, how to insert my id in that link.

I emailed my affiliate manager with my concern and he just sent me this link "go to google images" and never got another reply again.

Can somebody help me setting up Email/zip submit offer on my site.

You have to make a banner!
Or sometimes they have some made but I would never use them because one's that I create always convert better then anything offered by a network or advertiser!
Do you have Adobe Photoshop? Or Adobe fireworks? Or Adobe Flash
