Hi everyone I just want to share my experience running facebook ads.

Sun 27 Oct 1st day

I pick 1 dating offer from CPA network that look interesting and start promoting with Facebook Ads

Campaign A - Target 560,000 people
Reach - 10,880
Clicks 42
CTR - 0.212%
CPC - $0.38
CPM - $0.8
Spend - $15.86
On my first 22 clicks I get 3 leads. So I add another campaign to test different target group and different ads image.

Campaign B - Target 56,000 people
Reach - 31,30
Clicks - 14
CTR - 0.148%
CPC - $0.224 (Although CTR is lower than the first campaign.. CPC is lower maybe because my target is more specific?)
CPM - $0.37
Spend - $3.2

Total 2 campaigns
Spend - $19.06
Revenue - $40
Profit - $20.94
ROI - 109.86%
CR - 14%
EPC - $0.56

Azzy........you are KICKING ASS!!!!!!! I haven't seen such good results on a Facebook ads follow along for a long time. The BEST results Follow Along on The Dojo so far...

You are already doing great, but you may still try some stuff:

1. Getting higher CTR on the images.
a) Get your best converting image and try these tweaks on it from the Banner tweaker tool on AffKit AffKit.com > Banner tweaker
Borders may give you a better CTR.

b) Find similar images to the ones that already have high CTR. Try google images and search by image(click on the little camera icon to upload an image and search for similar ones).

c) Use the image Finder tool from AffKit AffKit.com > Image finder to search for new images. You can try the weird/unusual angle, always works, even in dating.

2.Increasing the ROI with a landing page
It should be a very simple one. You can try asking your affiliate manager if it has some LP examples for this offer or you can check on google. If you can see the competitor's LP it will be awesome...not stealing, just inspiration to get started.

You achieved some great results that many newcomers just dream to, congrats. Keep this updated so we'll help you scale it ;)

Thank you crysper for great tips :) I will try them.

Anyway I don't know why but today all of my ads stop running. I mean they're still active but no reach, no budget spend at all.
Anyone have the same problem?

still $0 today :(

Hmm... did you get any warnings for your ads?

What's your approval rate?

Maybe it's something temporary on their platform. Did you played with your daily budget/ payment source?

No warnings at all. All of my ads running are 100% approved
How can I see my approval rate?

I didn't adjust payment source

Love this, great start - your CTR is really bad which means your offer/targetting must be great to be in profit - therefore set up multiple campaigns with different images and copy and try get your ctr better and you should rock this.

What bidding are you using? oCPM?

Question:
1. Which one is better for Facebook ads - iframe or html redirect?
2. Do I need to use 202prosper or facebook stats are enough

Thank you.

1. Iframes are much safer because your URL will show on the browser instead the advertiser's URL. Affiliate links from many affiliate networks are not allowed by Facebook(your ads will get dissaproved and you risk account banning) and the approval team may figure it out that's a redirect. I think Luke said that if you want to use Peerfly offers on Facebook you need to iframe the LP, if the offers allows it.

For this, we also have an iframer tool AffKit.com > Offer iframer

2. Yeah, you need set proper tracking, there are guides inside The Dojo to set up Prosper. It will give you important info about your campaign like conversion reports, day partying, etc...

But my CPC change everyday (I use facebook optimize cpm) so I cannot set actual CPC in prosper?

Yeah, you can't track the click value but you can track the conversions fired on the affiliate network. It will also show you more details about each visitor you get, including the ip, location, etc so you'll know from where you get the conversion. You'll also have detailed reports and many other stuff.

I was wondering if you used any angles when promoting your ads on FB?

Also, did you direct link to the offer or did you use a landing page to presell the offer?
