2: i get Rebroking traffic from network's like Clickky minimob.... etc

so if you have get that traffic what are best network you get traffic to cpi offers

Hello,

this traffic is usually of pretty low quality, but smart-link type of networks can still make some $$ with it. Monetizer.com (afflow), YTZ, redirect.com ... these would be my first tips. If it's carrier (3G) traffic, try Kimia, Mobidea, Brokerbabe ...

EDIT: Just noticed you were looking for CPI networks. The chinesse ones are owning the market now - appflood, yeahmobi, avazu ... but be careful with them, they are known for refusing payments when the retention of the install is low.
