Mobile Landing Pages

Can I use google sites to create effective mobile landing pages?

I suggest dreamweaver or kompozer(free) for making LP.
always Keep It Simple and Stupid (KISS)

I have never used google sites to make mobile lps so I dont know how they are.
Anyone used google sites for building mobile landing pages? Reviews would be appreciated.
