Mobile ad spy tool?

Is there anyway I can spy on my competitions ads on mobile? I see lots of tools for PPV, media etc but none for mobile yet?

get a vpn, a bunch of android phones and patience. you will not be able to see campaigns targeted to specific carriers if you do not install a sim card from that carrier though. good luck
