Hmm thats quite an interesting idea...It will lower your quality score and thus make your clicks more expensive, but it still might work! I need to try it for sure Is anybody doing it?

Indeed, Bing Ads is no longer the old school PPC, it is true clicks will get more expensive when you bid on random keywords.
