LeapViral, last time I use Facebook to send mass of Tier 3, Tier 4 countries.
Over 2k of visitors it pays me little no more than $0.4 eCPM.
FB traffic is not cheap! I mailed them, and they said I sent junked traffic.
They banned me and I sent them the stats from my FB ads, unbanned me then...
Banned me, unbanned me, banned me, unbanned me, and banned me again finally.

Also, they self promoted themselves by posting several, "how I made $1k with facebook ads".
Just my feedback, but it may be another story for you.

Well, usually anything with a large social media following works, so having a social media with a good reach is key to get the most revenue out of this system. Also, content is divided in different verticals, so you should try out and test which type of content is more appealing to your followers/friends/users.
