What platform do you use?

I don't know if you've realized a positive ROI on your retargeting efforts yet, Luke but I always know when you're running a campaign. You've been following me everywhere I go for the past few weeks now. Stalker. I never click on your ad, don't want to run up your advertising costs. I already know where you live. Online, I mean.
