Looking for offshore domain registrar

So I just want to get some domains from offshore domain registrar that will not be taken down because of copyrighted content such as movie streaming and similar.

Do you know any good private offshore domain registrar?

Namecheap is US based and I am pretty sure they are not the best solution for copyrighted things

I have not come across a company or agency that deals with domains that never mind copyright rules and policies. All I need to say is what is your future with the domain. Answering that question will help you a lot. I am thinking if you are willing to monetize your website at some point in life. Google which are the top most paying guys when it comes to ad sense have strict policies when it comes to content that you have. The best thing is make sure that the content is not plagiarized or cite where necessary.
