Looking for affiliates/tips to help promote my new cam site

Hi, Im new to the affiliate marketing world and am open to any suggestions regarding getting quality traffic to my site and to pay for content.

I have signed up with ero-advertising and am thinking of trying out traffic junky too.

Any tips on the types of ads (banners, pops) etc I should be looking at in order to convert customers. Or do you own any networks that you feel would be beneficial to us both?
