Looking for an affiliate manager or network to work with us on this idea.

We are planning to launch a huge campaign calling consumers without the restriction of the National do not call list. Its a simple but potentially effective idea. If you are not selling anything and are conducting a survey you can call consumers on the DNC list. We will be asking questions if people are or may be interested in certain things such as diet going back to school, credit card debt......etc, you get the idea. Its very simple we ask their permission to contact them with things they are interested in by giving their email address for us to email them offers they said they were interested in during the survey.

Id be interested in selling the leads or marketing to them myself. Anyone interested in teaming up on this idea? Will require capital as we already have our own call center that is doing other business.
