Keyword Research Ranking Method/Formula

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone has a good formula for ranking which keywords they will target when doing keyword research?

I want a good way of selecting which keywords to go for.

Something I can (geekily) bung into a spreadsheet and create a graph which shows which are the three with most potential.

I was thinking something along the lines of:

Keyword Search Results/Queries Per Month

What do you think?
