Most networks worth their salt will want you to prove your traffic first before putting you on weekly payments. it just makes good practical sense because it you throw a lot of traffic the first week that is bad..not saying you of course..then the network would be out x dollars. I am sure there are businesses such as limelight they "say" they pay weekly from day one but im sure if they have been around for a while there is more to the story. just my humble opinion
