I want to lock the special offer given to me

I wanted to lock a special offer with "ulock.it".
I created a new campaign, and if a mamber come to my offer, I want that the offer get unlock...
I tried it myself, I signed up, but the offer didn't get unlock... It's still locked...
For example, I got a xxx website and I want to get members to this website. I want to lock a content with "ulock.it, but the content don't get unlock.
How can I do it to get the content unlock after a member signed up?

Technical problems mate. Contact Unlock.it, they will solve it.

yea if you loaded the software correctly with your offer and it doesnt unlock after a few attempts i would try either using another browser having someone else test it or contact support
