Try contacting them and get your ads account reinstated. However, they rarely reinstate facebook ads accounts.

Your only other option is to get a new facebook ads account.

What kind of offers were promoting that got your accounts banned in first place?

I didn't even post an ads, when I added a payment method, they closed my account

There has to be more to it than that. Did you use the same CC or bank info over multiple accounts. They compare CC's, addresses, bank accounts, IP's, as well as a few other details to ferret out those they have banned and prevent them from getting new accounts.
