I want to clear so points!

I was thinking of creating a proxy site ( from where people get access to any site even if that site is blocked)

What I have : Adsense Account and Interest in Learning new things

What I want to know :
1 Which domain and hosting service I should use?
2 Do you think I have to use SEO services also , if yes then who provide best service ? Suggest some .
3 What will be the cost of over all project? ( Including SEO and Domain Hosting Cost )

What else you think I must include , Since this would be my first site being admin . And else I must think of!

    Any suggestion please ?

Hmmm? SEO will not be suitable with this BUT the idea is great.
The only thing you will find problems is the speed of your site, the available proxies, what makes you different, and so on.

Your direct competitor is Hidemyass. They give it for free. So do you?

Do you plan on monetizing it? or for free?

Plan this and you will prosper :)

Just an FYI for you - proxy users are usually pretty advanced internet users and will not be very inclined to participate in offers or ads on your site. So it's better to use more mainstream content where the user will have an average internet intelligence and be more inclined to click ads or participate in ads on your site. Good luck!
