I am interested in making money from completing offers/surveys/signups.
I can bring traffic to that for doing this work.
Now just tell me from where to start,which offer company should i choose.?
I want people to upload the pic so that i can verify that they completed the work.How can i do that?

You said you can bring the traffic. How do you do that? Are you using PPC?

are you doing the offers yourself or are you trying to outsource the work. if that is the case then it will not fly because it would be considered mechanical turk work. I can only speak for my own network but most advertisers will not accept these type of leads. Most advertisers realize that a fair percentage of incentivized traffic is not going to back out, thus the lower rates but they do expect a percentage to back out thus evening out the numbers in the end.
