How To Set Up A Linking

I want to link from my PPV landing page to the offer through my script page that will resize screen to 800X600 using javascript.

Lander --> Script Page --> Offer

I am using demon tracking (I guess this would be the same with prosper). The link the tracking software generated for the lander is:

....php/landing_page_ctrl/get_land_url?lpid=1&click_id=<?=$_GET['click_id']?>&cid=<?=$_GET['cid']?>

My question is how do I put this into the script page, so that it will auto forward to the offer (this page will be invisible to the user) and not lose any tracking information? could I some how get the CID in the lander and pass that to the script page?
