I would think you could use any social platform for promotion. Not sure how well CB products convert on social, I've read that CB product review websites and email marketing work pretty well, though.

Free traffic sucks as a primary traffic source. It is not predictable, it is not trackable, it is not targetable, it requires lots of work compared to paid traffic.

Why not save a few bucks and use it for paid traffic?

Also, be sure to ask your AM if any of the free traffic methods you plan to employ are allowed by the advertiser!
