How to monetize fb app with cpa offer?

Do you have experience with cpa+fb apps?
Have you ever tried it?

I've stayed away from it because they seem to have taken the same stance as Google with the banning of accounts. I know there is a formula for success at FB, but they seem to have declared war on affiliates. I'd love to know how to get it done safely, without the risk of being banned.

I've never tried an app myself either but I've no doubt there are some great ways to monetize them. I have set apps up for creating page tabs etc but nothing more advanced than that.

It`s a simple app and I just iframed an offer into that app...
I will create one later for a Clickbank product and I will show you guys

Ah I see! Are you pushing a lot of traffic to your offers of choice, are you just converting low?
