Well it's getting harder and harder. 1st Google restricted to only allow one ad per domain. Just this week they jacked the price of many keywords that are on low quality or affiliate link laden pages to $10 per click.
Best thing is to not take short cuts. Get a real site, generate real content and do real marketing. Get rich quick on the Internet is getting harder.
