How to Convince Someone to Pay Who's Looking for Free Stuff

It may look funny to some people, but I really want to know this thing.

Lets say.. I'm running a Scholarship & Grant offer(i) for a specific Country and getting some conversions.

Now I'm seeing another (high payout) Scholarship & Grant offer(ii) which is not free and taking $10 for monthly subscription to send all latest useful Scholarship & Grant news and updates direct to the user's mailbox.

Please Help me to know, How can I cash the high payout offer by sending my traffic to (ii) offer instead of offer (i) with low payout.

I already know some people gonna tell me that, Landing Page will do this work for me. It would be much better if you tell me what thing I should put to Landing page to get my lead captured. Also suggest some good and catchy lines to attract people to take action.

Thanks :)

There are questions you have to ANSWER is this:

- What is the PAIN associated with free offers?
Lots of research needed, not all info in one place, shady offers, etc..

- What can you offer that FREE offers can not?
Adress each pain point AND more examples: All info in one place, easily accessible, trustworthy partners, etc...

Also, offer tidbits for free, so your page will trigger that button

"FREE guide to scholarship research"

In which you guide the prospects back to the paid offer, gently.
