I'm the first to admit that I'd rather Google a subject, and
learn it quickly, to implement it myself. For example, CSS and
XHTML, Graphic editing, etc., I've all learned myself, before
I though about paying someone (outsource) to do any work in
those areas.
But, during time-crunches, I admit NOW that I would outsource
if the project was worth it. So my question to you all is this:
How soon would you "give up" doing a project the DIY (Do It Yourself)
way, and outsource it?
