How can get google ranking as soon as possible

Hello,everyone
My site in google have About 32,200 results found and an increase in every day
But my site still not much traffic,here is my site backlinks stats in ahrefs
Global Rank:47,555,354
URL Rating: 5
Domain Rating:34
Backlinks:104k
Referring Domains:75

so my question is:
1,build more backlinks
2,buy high 6-8 authority pagerank links

anyone have any method improve the ranking?
