I'm living in France but born and raised in the U.S.
I read someone's post referring to CpaFix instead if STM
I haven't had a chance to look around yet...
spent some of my day talking to a Google rep from Ireland
about my newly suspended adwords account
seem I was promoting a counterfeit offer from a
well known affiliate network <cough>MarketHealth</cough>

so now with my officially suspended adwords account and no options
I'm ready to stop being mr. nice guy...

bring it on!!
