Help needed on Google Ads on RSS Feed please

Dear Sir,

I am facing two problems while my feed loads on the site.

1) Google image ads in horrizontal strip form appear below every post & take very very long time for loading.

How to stop this image ad appearing below the posts.

2) While monetizing I get http error code 500 & am unable to proceed further.
