[HELP] Mobile affiliate or CPA network that accept newbie

Hi guys! I'm just a newbie willing to learn in Internet marketing. But before I take action/s I need an affiliate network.
Can you please give me a list of CPA or mobile affiliate networks that accepts freshman/newbie/begginer?

Anyway, I registered awhile ago on affiliaxe and I am waiting for the approval.
