So I have one question to all of you, what would you do with 1000$ if you are relative newbie in CPA marketing? Google adwords, bing, 7search, games, porn, adsense or something else?

You are asking the wrong question... First pick an offer that has a lower pay out - under $2. Then do EXTENSIVE research to figure out where the people that would be most interested in your offer hang out. Depending on where they hang out will answer your question on which traffic source you should use

The Mods are correct, you need to become a durable and strong researcher. You need to find your way by mastering the basics of your new business. Develop a plan built around your budget. Small budget, small offers. Your first few months in the business should be about learning the business, not conquering the industry. Remember that included in your budget are your monthly and annual expenses for hosting, domains, traffic, etc.

There are such an abundance of opportunities that no one can choose for you where to start, other than to help you understand what to start with. We all will be happy to guide you along your path, but you need to choose that path for yourself based on what you discover with a little bit of research here in the community and by taking action and mastering the basics. You have lots of choices to discover and lots of new skills to develop. This is a never ending part of the business. Research and implementation is a daily practice for all of us in this business no matter what level we have achieved.

Wow, thank you to all of you for your tips. Well I have hosting, some websites, and the most important, I have money for investing. I know basically all the methods about internet marketing and I am in one strange position that I cannot choose what to start working with (because the studies I dont have very much free time). So, you are saying to do this:
1.Choose offer pin or email submit
2.Make landing page
3.Facebook page and Instagram with promoting them with FB adds
4.Youtube video
OR
Working with adsense and etc.(I have 1 year website) OR...?
But in the past I used to buy a blackhat traffic for my youtube videos and/or landing page but now not very sure what to do, should I just make a add with smth like 7search and adword/fb adds or? What is your advice because I hadn't worked with CPA almost 3 years and I am not sure.

Once again, thank you for your deep answer, this community gave me a motivation to start again with this business.(I am really really hard motivating person(read lazy))

Choose one traffic source, one vertical and sub-niche, and one tracker. Stick with them until you master them. A couple of moths at most.

Find offers that match your target niche and demographics.

If you choose FB Ads, do not put affiliate links in your ads, put links to your FB Page.
FB Ad > FB Page > Offer
FB Ad > FB Page > Landing Page > Offer
FB Ad > FB Page > Website > Offer

If you choose 7Search, then Split your budget between Contextual and Display Ads.
Ad > Landing Page > Offer

Make sure you split test your ads and your landing pages. I recommend no less than three of each, five of each would be better. Split test the ad copy and the landing page copy, colors too.

Keep it simple, remember, this first couple of months are for mastering your tracker, the split testing of ads, learning good copy, designing and/or implementing winning landing pages, and such. Your tracker is going to be among the most important tools you have, no matter what level of success you achieve. It provides all of the data to tell you where the money is in your ads.
