My church (I tithe), American Heart Association, Homeless Shelters, Battered women, underpriveleged inner city children, among others. I'm a big believer in giving, it's the key to receiving.

You can buy optin data to mail.

I wouldn't recommend mass email for that. Facebook and media buys.

Hire a CPA that specializes in tax mitigation.

Ask around, get a referral, google.
